We welcome primary bookers aged over 25 along with their young families in this comfortable family home.
The occupancy limit applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted.
A selfie ID is required to enable access to the gated community.
The family owned villa has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on 2,000 square ft plan, giving the whole family plenty of room and situated in a very safe and secure gated community.
Please note that the purchase of pool heating is not available to be purchased at this time due to a supply issue with pool heater parts.
2 Main living areas mean the kids can bring their video games and keep out of the way of the open plan kitchen and living area!
There is a TV in the main living area / open plan kitchen living area. TVs are not available in the bedrooms.
Enter through the gates of this charming subdivision and you will immediately realize you are on vacation. Weston Hills is well known for family holidays and boast recreational areas, quiet streets and well cared for landscaping to enjoy.
The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days and the cost per night. If during the course of your stay you decide to purchase pool heat, then there may be an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system.
It is therefore always best to let us know in advance if you would prefer a heated pool during your stay as we can plan and organize this at no additional cost.
The home is due to be refurbished during 2021. You will therefore find a clean and comfortable home of course. Furnishings are not the most modern but are as pictured in the photos. The carpets are due to be replaced and are not in pristine condition in all places, you will find marks in places and although the sofa covers have been professionaly cleaned off-site in January 2021, they will show some marks that couldn't be removed. Please be aware of this when booking. This is a standard level of home.
Pool heating is $30 plus taxes with a minimum of 5 nights and must be booked for the entire stay unless your stay is more than 14 nights.
Pool heating should always be booked prior to arrival. Where
booked later than this or closer to arrival, there will be an activation fee of $35.
Pets are CONSIDERED - Fees and Restrictions Apply and are normally $125 per animal (under 30LBs (maximum of 2) for stays of less than 14 nights. You must contact us in advance to confirm if your pet may be allowed in the home. Any non-authorized pets reported at the home is grounds for cancellation of the remainder of the reservation with no refund for unused portions of the stay.
We ask for a refundable pet security deposit of $500 for guests who bring pets. It will be refunded provided no damages were incurred during the stay.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’)

Our large family loved how much space Oliver's place had and it felt very homey! I loved that there was a lots of bedding, towels, and kitchen utensils. We have been to a few places where it was very sparce. The pool is a little cold but nice on hotter days (we did not have it heated) We also felt very safe in the community. We have really enjoyed our stay here.

The home was very comfortable and clean. The on-line listing was accurate and I'm so glad I found it. Lots of room for the 8 of us to stay in. Location was easy to drive to from the airports, parks and restaurants. My son and his family want to go back next year for 2 weeks. Vacation was wonderful.
Thank you for sharing this home with us. I would recommend this property to all my friends.

Spacious and nice pool. Need to provide more bathroom tiisue, ie. Toilet paper, trash bags. Please ensure vacuum works, it was stopped up.We did have a wonderful time and Oliver was extremely helpful - he did provide Gold Star service. Cheers, A and A.
