We don’t charge extra resort fees, access to the Premium Oasis clubhouse and resort is all INCLUDED when renting this home with us!
This beautiful property comfortably provides accommodation for up to a maximum of 13 guests (including children) in Orlando and is located in the newest area of one of the most in-demand resorts in Orlando. Heated resort pools, water park style areas and world-class gym facilities compliment your own private pool and spa at your luxury home.
Bedrooms Configured as Follows
1. King Bed Suite – with direct in-room access to large bathroom with large walk in shower and double vanity (downstairs/ground floor)
2. Master King Bed Suite – with direct in-room access to large bathroom with walk in shower AND large garden tub
3. King Bed Suite – direct in-room access to bathroom with walk in shower (Jack and Jill access shared with bedroom 4).
4. Queen Bed Suite – direct in-room access to bathroom with walk in shower (Jack and Jull access shared with bedroom 3).
5. Queen Bedroom – access to bathroom on landing with shower over bath.
6. Micky Magic Suite – Twin over Full Bunk Beds with direct in-room access to bathroom with large walk in shower
It is Open Plan Living downstairs with a large dining table, plenty of seating at the kitchen bar area and a large couch with the main living area television.
The living area has direct access via large sliding doors to the pool deck where the private pool and spa, dining area, loungers and outdoor chairs give our guests the flexibility to relax, eat or sit wherever they are most comfortable.
INDOOR games room, fully air conditioned, includes foosball table, ping pong table and a premium air hockey table as well as a large TV and PlayStation – something for everyone for sure!
Be sure to check out the Oasis clubhouse at the Champions Gate Resort! Spend a day relaxing in the fabulous clubhouse and make sure to enjoy all the amenities provided, including a golf club, sundry shop, lagoon pools, a theater room, video arcade, fitness center, kids water slides and more.
The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter, spring and cooler weeks in Summer or if you would like the spa tub to be heated up to 100 degrees. This is $175 and includes up to 5 nights plus $35 for each additional night. Where pool heat is booked within 24 of booking and at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental. Advance notice is required as late requests cannot be guaranteed to be fulfilled.
Linens, towels, and starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock at the local store on day 1. This home, with the large Fridge and Freezer is a self-catering paradise. Upstairs there is even a
Large Washer and Dryer in the upstairs laundry room.

Important
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.
Please note, we aren’t able to accommodate large groups of under 25s, those with a local residential address or primary bookers under 25. This is to protect local noise ordinances and our no-party rule. The resort strictly prohibits parties and late night noise.

The place was exactly what we wanted. Everything was excellent! The cleanliness exceeded my mom's expectations. She was so appalled at how clean the home was. We didn't find NOT ONE FAULT wrong with the home. Also the communication between me and the owners was magnificent. I will definitely be coming back in the near future.
