Magnificently decorated and tastefully themed to suit all the family, this 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home inside the premium Solara Gated Vacation Resort Community is a wonder and needs to be seen!

Solara Resort, one of Orlando's newest premium resort communities: Fewer than 10 miles from Walt Disney World, you might be forgiven for thinking you were staying on property with the Camp Mickey and Princess Diaries rooms!!!

These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, resort pool, Children’s splash zone / pad areas pool slides, playgrounds and a gym as well as much more!
Other than food and drink at the restaurant (which is yummy really fairly priced! – See you aren’t actually ‘on property’ after all!) and bar and the Flo Rider SURF SIMULATOR (all fully open!), access to all facilities are included in your nightly rate – no resort fees here! Just take along a towel or two from the stock in the home, and you are set to go!

This home away from home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stone counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. The downstairs open floor concept allows everyone to be together while cooking, watching TV or dipping in and out of the private pool. At the same time there is a ‘Haven Station’ upstairs in the loft area where those looking to chill away from the family (or send the kids to be ‘away’!!), can relax – see if you can spot the (not so hidden!) ‘hidden Mickey’!

4. Princess Diaries – Bunk bed (2 x twin beds) plus single twin bed. Sleeps up to 3.
5. Camp Mickey – Bunk Bed (2 x full size / double beds). Sleeps up to 4.

- Each bedroom has its own TV. Cable is available in the main living area with smart TVs and wifi available in all other rooms.
- This home has its own private splash pool and covered outdoor sitting space with lounger and outside dining space.
- Fully equipped laundry and high speed free wi-fi are also included.
- Naturally, with a modern, high end resort property of this standard, a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances stone counter tops and all the appliances you might need for a resort stay. High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable TV in the main living area, linens and towels as well as a starter selection hotel style bathroom amenity to get you going for night one on your self-catered trip.
Optional pool heat is available for $175 for up to 5 days including tax and $35 for additional days after this. Heating can be requested for any length of stay with $175 being the minimum payment to cover up to 5 nights.
We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the winter and spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.

Pool
A large heated zero-entry resort swimming pool with a splash pad and waterslide as well as a Flow Rider surf simulator.
Private poolside cabanas are available.
Golf, Sports and Baseball Simulator as well as Xbox Play Room!
Fitness Center
Enjoy a workout at the state-of-the-art resort fitness center, which includes multiple treadmills, cycling machines, ellipticals, and more.
Outdoor Facilities
The resort offers several outdoor activities, including basketball and sand volleyball courts, a soccer field, and a kid's playground.
Some common questions answered about Solara Resort!

- Are the pools heated year round?

Absolutely! All pools are heated all year round!
- What are the pool hours?
The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily. This is subject to change and in the event of adverse weather (for example lightning) the pool can close for safety reasons.
- Are there activities at the Resort?
Yes and the activities change monthly! You also have access (first come first served) to a sports simulator and X Box Gaming Room – this is super fun for all – Golf is just the start – there’s a football and soccer simulation option too!

Does the Surf Simulator cost extra?

- This is an optional extra and the price varies between $20 and $45 (for a day pass). Sometimes there are specials too!

- What time does the Tiki Bar, Restaurant and Shop open/close?

They open at 1030 am and close 8 pm daily.



- What time does the Clubhouse open/close?

9 am – 9 pm daily.

- What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
5 am – 12 am daily.
Last but not least:
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.
ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, verify payment method where applicable, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).

The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily those under 25 years old or those from the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome!
