We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home.

BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1 - Hallway Bath: shower/tub combo, single sink.
Bathroom 2 - En Suite Bath off Bedroom 2. Two sinks, a stall shower, doubles as a pool bath with a door leading to the pool area.
Bathroom 3 - En Suite Bath off Bedroom 3. Two sinks, a stall shower, and garden tub.
Bathroom 4 - Hallway Bathroom: 1 sink, shower/tub combo (Mickey themed).
Bathroom 5 - Hallway Bathroom: 1 sink, shower/tub combo (Seashell/beach themed).
* ALL towels and hair dryers are provided

DINING AREAS & KITCHEN
Enjoy eating at the formal dining table for 8. There are stunning views from the table of the pool and patio. The open concept kitchen is fully equipped to prepare anything from a snack to a gourmet meal! Some favorite kitchen items include a Mickey Waffle Maker, Electric Kettle and Chef's Knife Set.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is located off the kitchen and dining areas. It features an L-shaped sofa, two chairs. It seats 8 adults in total. Enjoy relaxing and watching movies on the 65” TV with ESPN+ for the sports fans!

CHILD FRIENDLY
Included in the home is the use of the Pack-n-Play (travel cot), highchair and stroller. There are also children's plates, cups and utensils. There is also a pool safety fence around the south facing pool as well as Pool Door Alarms.

GAMES ROOM
This stunning, finished games room features an air hockey table, darts, and foosball! The kids and the men will be entertained for hours!

UPSTAIRS LOFT
The upstairs loft is the perfect place for the kids to escape and watch movies or play games. This room features a sofa with a 32” TV. There is also a teepee with assorted games!

LAUNDRY
There is a full size washer and dryer (2 dryer balls), iron and ironing board, drying rack and pool towels.

POOL & SPA/HOT TUB
Everyone loves the pool area! Take advantage of the private south facing pool and spa/hot tub. Relax on the 4 sun loungers, or enjoy al fresco dining for 8. Lastly, save yourself the worry and enjoy the pool safety fence.

POOL HEAT DESCRIPTION
* The pool and spa (if applicable) can be heated on request and for an additional charge.
* Pool Heat is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in summer.
* Pool heat is necessary if your home has a spa interconnected with the pool and you want to have the spa hotter than the pool temperature.
* Pool heat is set to 88 degrees F and if there is a spa, the spa will function is set to 100-102 degrees F. The achieved temperature will vary according to the weather conditions of the day/night and is not guaranteed.
* The pool heater runs for approximately 12-15 hours each day and will turn off overnight.

POOL HEAT PRICING
* Pool heat is $35 per night including tax for a minimum of 5 nights. Pool heat is bookable for shorter stays than 5 nights, but for a minimum fee of $175.
* Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of your stay. Exceptions can be made to stays longer than 14 nights.
* Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid an additional activation fee of $40. This fee is payable to enable an engineer to attend to the activation of the system.
* Example: Pool heat will cost $245 including tax for a 7 night stay if requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival.

For the BBQ grill, We have a brilliant rental partner who can deliver a serviced and clean grill to you. There are 2 options:
*2-Burner BBQ Grill: $75 + tax
*5-Burner BBQ Grill: $110 + tax
This includes a full propane tank

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

UPON BOOKING, GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE:
- Identification in the form of Driver’s License
- ID selfie
- The names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property
- Signed rental agreement

We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. All of these items must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.
