This home away from home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stone counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. The open floor concept allows everyone to be together while cooking, watching TV or dipping in and out of the private pool

ALl bedrooms and living area has Smart TVs with Cable TV from Spectrum available in the main living area and 2 of the bedrooms. Free to air Streaming services are also available and guests may connect to their own streaming accounts if they choose!

Each bedroom has its own TV. Cable is available in the main living area with smart TVs and wifi available in all other rooms.
This home has its own private splash pool and covered outdoor sitting space with lounger and outside dining space.
Fully equipped laundry and high speed free wi-fi are also included.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.
Optional pool heat is available for $175 for up to 5 days inclusive (including tax) and $35 (including tax) for each additional day after this. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the winter and spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.
The resort / club house area pools are heated at no extra charge year around and are available for use at no extra charge to you.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about grill options.

The Hideaway - Clubhouse:

There are no fees for clubhouse use (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).

Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

- Are the pools heated year round?

Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!

- What are the pool hours?

The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.

- What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?

Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.

- Are there activities at the Resort?

Yes and the activities change monthly!

Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?

- Mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.

- What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?

They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.



- What time does the Clubhouse open/close?

9 am – 9 pm daily.

- What time does the Fitness Center open/close?

5 am – 12 am daily.


The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25 year olds or those from the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome! This is part of our good neighbor no party commitment to our community.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.
ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, and verification of payment method where applicable, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).
